PremierSafe-700R Redundant Burner Management System

Standard equipment and technical overview
PremierSafe-700R is a redundant-controller ControlLogix 5580 burner management platform for projects that require processor redundancy. Separate controller chassis and an I/O chassis support a higher-availability architecture while preserving application-specific design of burner permissives, shutdown logic, and plant interfaces.
Standard base configuration
- Two Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5580 controllers — 1756-L81E, with associated redundancy and communications hardware
- Separate controller chassis and 13-slot I/O chassis, with redundant I/O chassis power supply assembly
- 80 digital inputs (24 VDC), 16 digital outputs (24 VDC), and 16 isolated relay outputs
- 15-inch Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus 7 Performance operator interface
- Nominal 60 × 60-inch NEMA Type 4 painted steel enclosure arrangement
- Redundant industrial 24 VDC power supplies and redundancy module
- Panel engineering, fabrication, controls programming, documentation, and factory testing as defined in the approved scope
Optional configurations
The price shown is for the standard base configuration. Optional upgrades and application-specific changes are available by quotation and will be added to the online configurator in a future phase.
Engineering and quotation
SHC will confirm the application, functional requirements, code and certification scope, device interfaces, site conditions, and option compatibility before issuing a formal quotation. Any required safety integrity level, controller suitability, and system architecture are subject to engineering review; a stated base configuration does not constitute SIL certification or project approval.
Displayed pricing is budgetary, not a binding offer. Freight, taxes, field installation, commissioning, and project-specific additions are excluded unless included in SHC's approved quotation. Orders cannot be placed through this website.
