PremierControl provides engineered boiler combustion and operating control. Depending on the application, control strategies may include master firing rate, single-point positioning, parallel positioning, fully metered fuel and air, oxygen trim, furnace draft, flue gas recirculation (FGR), and one-, two-, or three-element drum-level control.
Systems are developed around the boiler, burner, fuels, instruments, and plant operating philosophy. PremierControl can be integrated with PremierSafe for a coordinated burner management and boiler control solution. Contact SHC to define the scope and request a project-specific proposal.
